Pick the village / mouza / cadastral area, or a single khata, that you want to update — then upload its map. Use “Upload new area” for data that is not in the list yet.
Upload one village, mouza or cadastral map at a time (KML/KMZ, shapefile .zip or .shp+.dbf+.prj, GeoJSON). Put plot, khata and khesra numbers in the attribute table (any letter case). Upload again for other areas; every upload is logged.
The first option of each list is already guessed from your column names. Change it if it is wrong. “Not linked” = automatic detection.
Matching uses mouza + plot + khata + khesra. Leave target empty to apply to every area. “Replace” needs a target.
Edit the area details only — no file needed. The new values are applied to every parcel in this area and recorded in the audit log.
Admins edit land information. The ID is generated automatically; admins sign in with ID, mobile or email + password, then a mobile OTP.
Append-only record: date-time, admin name, ID, phone and email, with a receipt for each edit.
Every recorded transfer: previous and new owner, type, date and time, receipt number and the Admin who recorded it.
Mobile, email and designation can only be changed by the Super Admin.
